A sustained moisture reservoir beneath the skin
Restylane Vital uses micro-injections of ultra-fine stabilised hyaluronic acid — the same molecule your skin naturally produces — delivered just beneath the surface. Unlike traditional fillers, it doesn't add volume or alter structure. Instead, it integrates into the skin tissue and functions as a long-term hydration reservoir, slowly releasing moisture over weeks. The result is softer, more supple skin with improved elasticity and a natural, healthy glow — nothing artificial, just your skin at its most hydrated.
Bio-remodelling that firms and tightens from within
Profhilo is one of the most clinically advanced injectables available. Its ultra-high concentration of BDDE-free hyaluronic acid bio-remodels the dermis — stimulating the production of collagen types I, III, IV and VII, plus elastin. This is not a filler: it spreads through the tissue rather than sitting in one place, creating a lifting, tightening and firming effect across the entire treatment area. It addresses skin laxity in a way that no topical skincare ever could, rebuilding the structural proteins responsible for keeping skin taut and youthful.

Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments derived from salmon or trout sperm — highly biocompatible with human tissue. They work at a genuinely cellular level: stimulating fibroblast activity (the cells responsible for producing collagen), accelerating tissue repair, and exerting a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. This makes them especially effective for thin, fragile or post-acne skin, periorbital concerns, and skin that has been compromised by environmental damage. Where other treatments build on top of skin, polynucleotides fix it at the foundation.

Your journey begins with a thorough one-to-one consultation with our clinician. We assess your skin health, medical history, lifestyle and concerns in detail — then design your personalised version of the protocol, selecting and sequencing the five components to suit your specific needs.
60 minutesSession One — The Foundation
We begin with Profhilo and Polynucleotides — the structural rebuilding and cellular repair components. These establish the biological foundation upon which all subsequent treatments build. Most patients experience minimal downtime and a subtle immediate luminosity.
Session 1 — Week 1Session Two — Hydration & Nutrition
Four weeks later, we introduce Restylane Skin Booster Vital and Sunekos / NCTF. The hydration reservoir is established and the extracellular matrix begins its reconstruction, supported by the full complement of 59 bioactive nutrients. Skin visibly improves in texture and radiance.
Session 2 — Week 4Session Three — Amplification
The final session introduces Exosomes alongside a second round of Profhilo and PN — amplifying everything achieved in sessions one and two. Intercellular communication is maximised, regeneration accelerates, and the full compound effect of all five treatments begins to manifest visibly.
Session 3 — Week 8Review & Maintenance Planning
Six weeks after your final session, we conduct a detailed review — photographing and assessing your skin's transformation. Results continue to develop for up to three months post-treatment. We then design a bespoke maintenance plan to protect and extend your results long-term.
